How will I be updated about my order?

 

First time to shop online? Our online store will guide you in every step of your checkout process. Your security is our utmost priority and this site has encryption to keep your personal information safe.

We accept offline payments for clients without credit cards such as Bank Deposit or Money Transfer. For credit card payments your information is secured and anonymous since we are using 2CHECKOUT as the credit card payment gateway, one of the safest ways to pay online!

How to Order Online

OPTION 1.) CREDIT / DEBIT CARD ➪ instant payment with 2Checkout

1. Click on the product you like, add your message for your special someone, add delivery date, add to cart and and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button checkout.jpg

 (or "Continue Shopping" if you want to purchase more products).

2. Fill up the required fields at our website: 

 Billing details: Your personal details / address.

 Shipping details: The details of the recipient of the flowers and the Philippine delivery address where you want to send them. 

3. Choose the payment option "CREDIT / DEBIT CARD (instant payment with 2Checkout). 

4. You will be redirected to 2Checkout secure payment getaway.

5. Fill up the required fields at 2Checkout payment page and submit payment.

6. As soon as payment is received you will be notified by email, we will confirm your order by changing its status to "AWAITING SHIPMENT" and we'll proceed to deliver your flowers as scheduled.

OPTION 2.) BANK DEPOSIT (BDO - Banco de Oro)

OPTION 3.) MONEY TRANSFER (Mhluiller / LBC / Palawan Express / XOOM / MoneyGram / Western Union)

1. Click on the product you like, add your message for your special someone, add delivery date, add to cart and and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button checkout.jpg

 (or "Continue Shopping" if you want to purchase more products).

2. Fill up the required fields and select payment mode.

If you select Bank Deposit, our BDO account will show up, you will receive an order number and you'll just need to make your payment over the counter at your bank or via BDO / mobile app.

In case you select Money Transfer, our payment details will show up, you will receive an order number too and you'll just need to make your money transfer to LBC, MLhuiller, Palawan Express, XOOM, MoneyGram or Western Union.

3. Email us a picture of the paid deposit slip (or screenshot) with your order number and we'll be back to you during business hours to confirm your order.

  • IMPORTANT: All proof of payments must be sent to our email: sales@flowerdeliveryphilippines.net

4. Once order is confirmed, your order status will be changed to "AWAITING SHIPMENT", you will be notified by email and we'll proceed to deliver your flowers as scheduled.

All payments must be received before cut off time to deliver the flowers on the same day. We only deliver orders paid in full.

 

Delivery information and Rates

Deliveries will be 10 am - 9 pm. Monday to Sunday.

Deliveries to OFFICE addresses will be completed before 5 pm.

Your order will be delivered on the scheduled delivery date.

We do not accept requests to deliver at specific times of the day. We deliver by route. Your order will be delivered within the day.

We can not guarantee delivery time due to the unpredictable traffic. Please advise us if the delivery address is an office. We would appreciate it if you could add pertinent landmarks on the delivery instructions.

Always make sure that there is someone to receive your order at the address provided.

Please be careful in supplying the correct address and contact number of the recipient to avoid delays and unnecessary redelivery fees. (See Terms and Conditions for additional information).

Once your order is received, the following updates / order status will be sent via email:

AWAITING FULFILLMENT:

Your order has been received and undergoing review. Once order is approved, your order will be updated to Awaiting Shipment.

AWAITING SHIPMENT:

Your payment has been received and your order is confirmed. Your order will be dispatched on the delivery day.

SHIPPED:

Order has been dispatched. Your flowers are on the way.

COMPLETED:

Your order has been delivered.

*IMPORTANT:

All Order status and updates notifications will be sent via email.

We can not entertain Viber, Facebook and Instagram update requests due to bulk orders. Please wait for our email updates.
